So I decided to stay at the boarding school over labour day... Bad idea. It's so boring, cause the internet is slow and blocks like... all the games.

I got a new book on Sunday. It's called jPod and has nothing to do with iPods. It's about this area of cubicles in a gaming company where all the resident's surnames end with a "j". Anyways, it's quite wacky, with all sorts of weirdo cool stuff happening all the time. Like finding out their boss has been shipped to China to make fake goods in a factory because the main character's mother didn't like him hitting on her. Also, he became a drug addict.

So yes. I'm bored.

I don't know why I care about the One Piece - 4Kids thing. But since everyone else does, I do I guess.

It's hard to explain.

XD

So today's the physics practical, so I get to wake up at 10! Woot.

Anyways, exam week is actually more slack than some'd think, even if you study 3 hours, there's still tons of free time...

So, I kinda forgot to blog. Or got distracted. Whatever.

Saturday: Whoo! Lanning at Paradis, so we played dota(duh) with imba lineups... like bounty hunter couldn't even touch me... k whatever, then we played moo moo, which is kinda fun but not extremely so. I finally got neverwinter nights, so... I will be playing... yeah, what's so interesting about it is that it has so much gameplay that it's insane. I'm starting with monk, and after reading up a bit, Monk seems to be immune to lots of things... Anyways... It's fun.

Sunday: Nothing much, just like normal sundays.

Monday: Rugby Finals, which I kinda spent behind talking to Jonas and KM and Cleon... Apparently they signed up for the CyberAC dota competition without telling me... Quite >.>...
Anyways, we won the rugby finals and we are hoping for a Holiday, heh.

Well, Good Friday was... good... sorta. Fasting is okay, you just have to wait till after midnight to pig out... Hehe.

BB on Saturday was pretty meh. It wasn't a proper parade, not even a proper dismissal... Some people from kho... Thailand... came over, so we kinda just had CE with them, some of us were supposed to play soccer with them, but... uh... they were late so there was 15 minutes left to play.

We spent the rest of the time at lunch, then to Jonathan's House... Not exactly much to do... So we played Dota. For a while.

So I didn't find my phone. Bleh.

Anyways, BB today was okay. The year 6 and year 5 ROD parade. Now that took so long I almost fainted... really. It hurt.

Well.

That's all.

bugger bugger bugger.

Well, my parents are away this weekend. Some of you might think that's a good thing. It's not.

Firstly, they couldn't take me home from school on Friday, I'm not a spoilt brat, but since I had a large bag of dirty clothes, I had to take a taxi back. I had to wait 45 minutes for one, this may have been ok if it was a matter of simple lack of taxis, but there were tons of taxis, just that every single one of them was hired. The ones that weren't, by an extraordinary twist of bad luck, were somehow prevented from being boarded by me. One was intercepted by a hidden figure while I was flagging the cab down, another was behind the traffic light, but I waited for the traffic light to turn green, IT WENT ON CALL. Some just REFUSED TO TAKE ME TO MY HOUSE. Sheesh.

The next day, that is today, I had to go for the BB enrolment service, I could have taken a bus, had the fall in time not been moved one hour earlier, it was also a full uniform parade. So despite waking up at 6, and me BOOKING a cab, I WAS STILL LATE. ><

Then after the parade, there was a war game (which was badly planned, btw)... this was rather uneventful. BUT I LOST MY $^&%^*&%(%^&$%%^#%^&^(%^& HANDPHONE.

So there. You suck too.

This holiday has been all about things that didn't happen:

One: I tried to get people to go to sakae sushi for the sushi buffet. But no one could go. The sushi buffet is great, like you don't have to worry about the money much like when you normally have sushi. On a completely pointless note, have you heard the sakae sushi song? It's weird. And that's coming from me.

Two: We didn't have some fun 4v4 dota match we normally have on a weekend. Like where was everyone? I was stuck on zion playing with those annoying leavers.

Three: I didn't do my homework.

Hahahahaha! It's over!

So, target award camp just ended this evening, it was, undoubtedly, the most average camp ever.
Like a complete balance of Punishing the Year Ones, and fun activities...

There were two wargames in one day, that's gotta be a plus; the first was like... 20 admin versus 60 year 1s, not only that, but all the good Admin Wargamers were also on the year one side. And the year 1s actually expected to lose. o.O... We supposedly had to attack through "Helm's Deep" to the admin room from the IB block. The funny part was just walking past the year 1s to their base of operations without them noticing: it's all in the walk, you gotta walk as if you have boring admin work to do while you'd rather be playing.

The second game was quite, boring. It was like dota. 3 lanes, two teams, and roshan. I had to be the world tree, like the most uneventful job ever, excepting being frozen throne, cause I can still make corny tree puns. Not one lane had pushed through to either base.

We also had games at sentosa, now, sentosa is always fun, but watching the year 1s trying to convince someone that the sky was falling was simply hilarious.

Night Special was as usual: chaotic. Now this generally adds to the fun, but since I was Night Special I/C... ugh. I actually got a semi-asthma attack from running up and down while preparing for the programme. In the end it all came out smoothly.

Day 3 was pure catch-up-with-sleep, there was 5 hours of free time while the year 1s had First Aid and TA lessons.

In the end, I feel weary, but at the same time, there is a sense of accomplishment.

And now i can dota again.

Well, the week is now over.

Christalite methodist home was so-so, we actually spent the whole time packing biscuits. It would have been ok if we were packing them from crates to tins or something, but we were actually packing them from one tin to another. Major. Waste. Of. Time.

Hawker's Fare was pretty fun. I wore a lock on my jeans as a joke, and Mr. Jarret Kan stopped me and asked why I was wearing it. The performances were ok, but they were way too short.

Founder's Day was just... tiring, at least this time I wasn't sized so that I was in front for the guests to see me wobbling slightly. i was happy it rained, it meant my feet wouldn't heat up. The Prize Presentation was boring, even though I was receiving an award. One funny thing happened though, the guest of honor gave an impromptu speech, it was just so cliche.

And I survived the week. Whoo.

Tuesday: Another rehearsal
Wednesday: Hawker's Fare

AND I STILL HAVE TO PLAN FOR THE TA CAMP! Gyagh

I just thought of something: Since when did it become tradition to wear traditional chinese clothes during Chinese New Year?

I mean, in essence, ancient Chinese never wore traditional clothes; they just wore what they wore, why are we wearing what our ancestors wore when they didn't wear what their ancestors wore?

o.O

Ps. I got $32 today.

Today was a bore, we went to our grandaunt's.

I actually spent most of the time playing heart attack with my cousins.

Today's Red Packet Earnings is $22. Haha.

Haha, today we went to my Grandmother's house, then we went to my grandmother's house, then we went back to my grandmother's house. Haha.

So we had an interesting time, lunch was Chinese New Year Goodies and Glutinous Rice, Dinner was Chinese Buns with Meat and Meat. It was fun.

I'm just not sure about the tradition part, It seems rather silly, all things considered to go around wishing people good fortune, but it's perfectly normal during the New Year. I guess it's one of the few annual events that have real tradition behind it, and we just don't have enough of those to know what tradition means.

On a side note, I got $218 today. ^^

Well, at 10.30 last night, Hui Jun and Brother could finally play computer games, (it's like they always need to do their homework...) so we did.

We played:

  • 2 Games of Imba Noob Dota where I was 1v2
  • 2 Games of Age of Myths (another warcraft mod)
  • Suicidal Zergling Dodge
  • Moo Moo
It was so fun, since we finally finished at 2am.

Then I logged on to maplestory (shut up, I don't care what you think about maplestory) and PQd 3 times.

The great thing is that there were no crowds.

Yes! Approximately 5 years since I last tried, my blog has been revived, AGAIN! I love how I always convince myself that I will keep posting but never do!

If this is still the last post on my blog, I have failed.

Well, this time at least I can post my random photoshops here. ><
